Pierina Nunez
A little bit about Pierina…
Pierina’s fun-loving curiosity for new experiences introduced her to the world of Yoga. She discovered this passion through an Aerial Yoga class in 2013. From that day forward, she felt compelled to share it with others. Yoga has allowed her to gain a new perspective on life in which self-discovery is the goal.
Always motivated to learn and constantly grow, she followed her passion and completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training at Inspirit Studio in 2017. Additionally, she received her SUP Yoga certification from SUP Yoga Center in 2018.
Pierina’s background includes studying Visual Arts. She specialized in painting, graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. She has also participated in numerous exhibitions, the most recent being a painted mural in the Wynwood Art District of Miami. She also received a Graphic Design Certificate from Wilmington University in 2020.
Her motto is to live life to the fullest. She strives to express this through her teaching style and her art. Pierina brings an authentic energy to the class, focusing on creative movement and breath. She views Yoga as an artistic expression of the body that connects individuals to their true nature.
Pierina started teaching Baby Goat Yoga classes at Wildflower Farm since 2020 and is excited to continue teaching this new season.
Her favorite quote is:
"To make living itself an art, that is the goal."- Henry Miller
