What if it rains? | We have a covered pavilion to keep us and the goats dry! Check out the pics in our gallery. If lightning and thunder are in the area we may cancel the event. We try to give as much notice as possible but in Florida things happen quickly sometimes. If we do have to cancel we will work dilligently to reschedule you. Monitor your email as we don't always have your phone number. |
How did WildFlower Farm gets its name? | When we first acquired goats (all females) we named them after flowers...Daisy, Rose, Buttercup, Gladiolus... |

What time do the gates open for your events? |
We will generally open up 20 minutes before the scheduled start. |
How long are your events? |
All of our published events are scheduled for one hour. Private sessions may be scheduled for longer periods. |
Does bottle feeding happen at every event? |
Yes, we try to have a goat to human ratio of 1:2 so that each group will get to help feed a bottle (sometimes 1:3 depending on the season and how many goats are born). In some cases you will share with another attendee. This also helps you get some good pictures while taking turns feeding. |
Can I bring a spectator? |
Unfortunately spectators are not allowed. The goats cannot distinguish between paying and non paying customers. They love everyone just the same :) |
Do parents need a reservation or just the kids? |
Admission is per person, so yes, every person over 12 months of age needs a reservation. |
Can I photograph/record the experience? |
Participants are allowed to video/photograph from their perspective. We do not allow spectator photography as this will distract the goats and disrupt the flow of the class. |
Can I drop my child off
and pick them up after? |
We are willing to work
with you in the case of younger teens, but as a general rule all minors
must be accompanied by an adult. |
Is there an age limit? | For Baby Goat Yoga we
recommend 8 yrs and up. All we ask is that each participant stay on
their mat and allow the other participants to hear the instructor. For
Party in the Pasture the age limit is 18 and up (adults only). For
other events there is no age limit. |
Is there a minimum # of
attendees for an event? |
The only event that has a minimum (of 5) is the Baby Goat Yoga class since we hire and pay an instructor. All other events we will hold as long as we have reservations. If an event does not have reservations it may be cancelled. If we cancel an event we will contact you prior to 24 hours before the event. |
What if I don’t want to do yoga? |
You can do as much or as little yoga as you’d like. All we ask is that you stay on your mat and allow others to hear the instructor. We also host other events that do not involve yoga :) |
What should I wear? |
For Baby Goat Yoga, we recommend a t-shirt or other outer shirt as hooves can sometimes scratch. For other events, casual attire similar to what you may wear to a movie theater for example. |
Do you rent yoga mats? |
We have plenty of mats available to rent. |
Can I bring my dog or other pet? |
Unfortunately, no we cannot take a chance that a dog or other pet may act aggressively towards our livestock, or impede the goats ability to socialize with humans :) |
What if I’m late? | We recommend that you try
to be here at least 10 minutes before class time. As a rule we will
generally wait 5 minutes to start an event when all guests have not
arrived. We will do our best to get you in quickly if you do run late. |
Do I need a reservation? |
Reservations are highly recommended. We do have a capacity limit and although we can allow some walk-ups when space is available, if an event is sold out, or you made a mistake in your reservation we may not be able to accommodate you. There are times when we will cancel an event due to no reservations. We also plan our events based on the number of reservations we have. So, yes please make a reservation. |
Do you have a waiting list? | If the event you want to attend is sold out, please contact us as soon as possible to get on a waiting list... as it is possible, albeit rare, that we may have a last minute cancellation. Also check back 72 hours in advance as that is when reminders are sent and rescheduling typically occurs. |
Something’s come
up, can I reschedule? |
You are able to reschedule prior to 48 hours before an event. Please make sure you reschedule all of your reservations to the new date or contact us to help. If you fail to show for an event, please understand that we invested and made preparations for you to be here, when you don’t show and ask for a refund it costs us money :( ….So as a general rule we do not do refunds. We are reasonable, and have no intention of taking your money without providing value in return. |
What if its past the 48
hour deadline to reschedule? |
Please contact us to see if we have a waiting list and can replace your reservation. (That is the only way we will allow late rescheduling or partial refunds) Understand that we committed to be here for you and it's a two way street as well since you've occupied a spot someone else may have wanted. We have a limited capacity to make sure you have maximum JOY! :) |
