A little bit about Robyn…

Robyn received her YTT through Alchemy of Yoga located in Costa Rica. She learned directly under Silvia Mordini the owner and founder. Through this program, the YTT included not simply the physical alchemy of yoga but the mental and emotional alchemies of yoga that beautifully ties together a holistic approach to yoga teaching. Robyn is a breast cancer warrior, mother, and teacher. She connects through love, courage, and creativity. She instructs with intention and love in order to help those broken by physical or emotional trauma to connect and heal their heart and for them to be able to better connect to those around them and to their highest energy. Through thematic focus on mental, spiritual and the physical targets, Robyn works to heal through her “free to be” approach of come as you are because to her everyone is beautiful, brave, and beloved.
